Smile Hai from Scotland!
Alright guys!

Just wanted to introduce myself, got an iphone for my christmas and i must say, i have never been off the thing! On christmas day (only afew hours after i had recieved the mother of all presents) while surfing the web on my new iphone i was trying to find a nice forum or website for some iphone tips and i found you guys! I also soon found out that i had struck gold with you

I have been stuck to the forums ever since and i think it's time i thank you all for it!

Thanks guys, i'll start posting and adding some feedback as a thanks, unluckily you have to now put up with it :<

Welcome and congrats on the new iPhone. Nice to see a Scot in the forums too!

I lived in Glasgow for a spell, and visited Edinburgh often - whereabouts are you from?

Heey, im right outside Glasgow

Weathers rubbish but it's not as horrible as some of the stories i've been told by people who live outside Scotland

Cool. Weather is rank, for sure - but I liked Glasgow a lot. Had heard some not-so-great things about it before going, but it was excellent. Only bad time was being mistaken for an Englishman on an England v Scotland football night - not fun

Yup, I did at one point in amidst mounted police and ugliness. Ended the night with pals stumbling home singing rude songs about Alan Shearer though

The words have stuck with me: "With a packet of sweets and a cheeky smile, Shearer is a f***ing pedophile". A lovely tribute to England's best player.
