connect a PC to a mac?

You need to set up a network. Many ways to do it... Ethernet, wireless, with a router, or computer-to-computer...

I would just google "set up network [version of windows] mac leopard".

well, this isn't just a "mac" thing. Networking is pretty universal.

I can't at the moment, but maybe in the next day or so i can put together a few steps for you to try.
