youtube/java script?

I was attemptn to view a video on youtube via safari and there was a msg sayn I had java script off I got enabled in my settings any thoughts

A miss warning by the iphone? It should be saying missing flash, or missing both. Well either way all the youtube videos will be converted soon to the youtube app, plus we may gain flash pretty soon too.

ah man okay good lkn on the info so how are we able to view you tube vids from the icon on phone and not on youtubes site via safari

It is most likely a Apple designed player specificly designed to work with the youtube encoding, without the youtube flash player.

Yea apple made a contract with google (youtube). And got the app. But in order to make it more enjoyable for iphone users they decided to convert all youtube videos to their own format, which gives better video quality, but takes longer to load. By the end of October every youtube video should be playable on the youtube app. I still miss actual google video and meta cafe and what not.

Flash should come in a firmware soon though. (rumor)
