Will wi-fi work? ... - iPhone 3G

I have a 2 year contract with 02 + wi-fi bolton for 7.50 a month. If I get the unlocked iphone and put the normal 02 sim in it, will the wi-fi bolton work for iphone exactly as it does for the phone that was originally bought on 2 year contract?

I would imagine wi-fi would work with no issues. I haven't read anything that would lead me to believe otherwise.

i'm just a bit worried that every phone will have it's unique ip adress and the wi-fi would work only with that address...is it not the case?

I can tell you the IP I get using WIFI with the iPhone & my router is not unique in any way.... it's a 192.168.1.x just like any other computer connecting to the network.

I don't think you'll have any problems.
