Will iPhone be realesed to all carriers soon?
My brother in law was wondering
He really wants an iPhone but he also wants to stay with Verizon He said he heard that they would be open to all carriers in 09 Is this true? I want to know so he dosnt make a mistake haha |

I believe that at&t has an exclusive deal with apple for 5 years but aside from that verizon is cdma and the iPhone runs on GSM and i really doubt apple will make a cdma iPhone
I can see Tmobile having it in the future but not verizon |

Or he can Jailbreak and unlock to T-mobile, all he would have to do is figure out how to get the data portion working correctly
