WiFi Store and Ringtones

Has anyone read when the updates will be released to add these services? I know that 7.4.1 was the first step but was wondering when we will see it on iTunes. My impression was we would have them by now - maybe Apple is waiting until 9/28 when they ship the iPod Touch. Thanks

There should be an software update on the end of the month to incorporate the Wifi Itunes. I am not going to use it anyways. Why buy if you can get it for free.
