why has apple stoppedmaking the 4gb? and whats with the price drop?

ummm... They make more profit on the 8gb model plus the 8gb is more popular. umm.. The price drop is to reach a wider audience...If you were one of the early adopters you get 100 dollar store credit.
I guess so , Also maybe they weren't selling as many iphones as they thought they were gonna sell. Another reason is that from the beginning the iphone was only around $300(could be more or less) to make, so they aren't loosing any money, apart from the cut they are getting from at&t for every iphone sold.
