Which is weird as the iPhone is essentially an iPod, so I thought it would be compatible.

I am worried about the charging dock that comes with the phone now though. When i put the iPhone on it, sometimes i have to move the wire about or move the whole charger for it to get a connection with the iPhone and start charging. I dunno if it is a problrm with the charger or the phone but i'm hoping its the charger.

Well if its a problem with one, its most likely a problem with both. Because if its the pins, if one is bent on one, for the other one to fit and charge, it would probably have to bend with it too...no?

Damn, I don't wanna take my iPhone back and get a new one. I will lose all my texts.

Back it up on your computer first then take it in. Then sync the new iPhone with the comp...

I know when you do a restore and click back up and set it up as a new phone they will still be there...I would think it would be the same if you synced it...but I dont remember my texts coming back after a sync.
