That's a spoof, I believe. That video showed up shortly after the iPhone's release; even before the easy jailbreak methods and Installer.

He probably did it all on the computer.

It's a video, he did it like twice when it came out. At the end you see the "Keep or Delete" screen. Also he has a deal with hottrix, so they might release it.
