Touch internal skins with weather info.

Hello.

I was reading about personalized skins for iPod Touch at a website called http://www.vstinternetsolutions.com , in a section called 'Jazz up your iPod's look' and it showed an image of a skin that displayed the current weather temperature and current cloud cover.

I was kinda baffled by the image i saw there.

I can understand that it would be able to update thru wifi, but how else would it be able to know, when you arent connected to a wifi area?

My cellphone can load accuweather.com for example, but it has a data connection that I pay separately for thru my cell provider.

What kinda portable connection can you get for touch, that would allow it to be online all the time?

Can you hook up a sprint mobile broadband directly to it?
