Default restore, yet my phone doesnt need to ??

ok, i synced my phone earlyer after buying some new games and put on some new music. and now when u pluged my phone in to charge itunes has the "set up your iphone / restore" screen. yet my phone is working fine lol how can i get around this without doing the restore ??

It sounds like an iTunes file was corrupted on your computer somehow. That's the only reason I can see this happening.

so i have to do the restore then ? or can i delete the file somehow ?

Sounds to me as if that file will only be fixed by a restore. I'd say restore it, it shouldn't be an issue after that.
