Yeah, there are some really stupid people out there looking to make $$$. Only bad thing is the Apple lawyers will have to waste their time on this.

One of the craziest things about all this stuff is that sometimes it's hard to tell who has the nuttiest lawsuits, the individual nutters who claim they invented visual voicemail, touchscreens, fire, the wheel etc; or the mobile companies themselves.

For example, today there's also news that Blackberry have filed a patent app for a slide-out QWERTY keyboard on a mobile device - you know, like the ones that HTC and Samsung and everybody and their brother have been producing for several years ...

I think this is what we should be teaching our kids if we want 'em to get rich - patent trolling - my daughter invented the internet - she just doesn't know it yet

I think I invented Post-It Notes cause they seem to be around me ALL the time! grant it they have writing on them to remind me of the crap I'm suppose to be doing.. maybe if I did these things those notes would be gone.. *thinking*
