i just received an ipod touch 16 gb from apple.com in mail, i played for it for a little while, and just want to stick with my iphone. is there any possible way for me to return the ipod without having to pay the 10% restocking fee?

EBAY! Check prices on ebay, alot of time on products that are just released you can get what you paid or even more for it!

yes! but do it fast cause they are supposed to be officially out FRIDAY so get it shipped out before then.

Did you order it online or something? My advice is to take advantage of the Apple store's display models prior to making a purchase.
