Default iPhone moving slow

hey guys
my phone just started moving slow all of a sudden
weather i am switching screens or text messaging
any ideas why???
getting nervous

have you tried powering it off and back on???
Are you jailbroke?? If so do u have any apps that might be still runing??

powering off and back on seemed to work
i dont know what happened, but it is ok now!!!

just a small piece of advice. You should power the phone down atleast every couple of days. It needs to reboot just like a computer does. Glad I could help.

I would love to see the day when my phone doesnt reset at least twice a day..

not so much anymore, with MobileChat being LOADS more reliable than Apollo ever was.
