My son dropped it about 6 weeks ago. The screen cracked at the top, but it worked fine for about 4 weeks. About 2 weeks ago, I was on the phone and then the call dropped. I looked that screen and then I saw the apple logo, and then the connect to iTunes logos. I had to do a full restore. This has happened 4 times now and it it's now happening every other day. What are my choices? Could this be happening because of the fall? I never bought Apple Care plan. Thanks in advance.
