iphone ipod question

is there any way i can play my music on my iphone ipod in my car headunit...i kno u can do it wit a regular ipod

No I have a 2007 acura rdx and does not work... I do think though there has been a product that was released that allows us to use it but I might be thinking of something else..

I have the 5G iPod and it plugs into my aux of the radio and is great. I bought an $19 apple cable for it then.

Now just this past week, I wanted to use my existing apple cable in my iPhone for the car, the jack would not go into the phone, went to apple and bought the adapter $9 slipped it into the phone and pluged the cable and was good to go.

But they also had the cable, which was looking better, for the same price that will fit the iPhone without the adapter.

Thanks, but so far you still have to pay $49 for the cable with the chip to play your iPhone movies on your TV.
