Should i buy the 3g? i have a 2 year old 2g, and a 4 month old unlocked BOLD. i can buy the 3g at best buy for 499. I can def finely get my money out of those two phones ot pay for it. i am on tmobile, so i have to buy the phone outright.

i dont have the money for the 3gs and it looks like the jailbreak will not be happening anytime soon anyway..

i was thinking of buying at best buy since if something goes wrong, maybe i can exchange it there?

thoughts?

Oh BTW, the reason i need to get something else is because my phone is 2 years old, the battery is starting to loose charge, and the camera someties does not work...

3g 8gig from AT&T with 2yr contract is $99...ETF is $199. =$299 for an 8gig

Get a 3g, unlock it, and use t-mobile on it because the 3gs can't be jailbroken yet and if you really want to use tmobile with it, buy a 3g.

ETF = Early Termination Fee. AKA getting out of your contract early...you won't be in a contract afterwards.

The $299 price isn't counting activation fees and taxes though...but it's still cheaper than buying it outright.

Or just buy a used one from craigslist? Some are already unlocked so you can just pop your sim card right in.
8gb 3g should be under $300
