Returned last night box and all, upgraded to the 8gb iPhone AND they granted me full refund from 499 to 399 as if i bought the phone last night. Even though its an apple gift card since i bought from ATT, they definetely kept my business.
Two thumbs up to apple and now time to go spend my gift card.
