Effective November 1st, 2008, any links to www.everythingiphone.com will no longer be forwarded to www.everythingicafe.com. If you have an old bookmark or link, please update prior to this date.
Links to the site are always appreciated. We'll most likely lose more than a few on November 1st, so it would be great if you added a link on your personal blog, Facebook, mySpace, etc. Help us keep EIC growing.
I'm afraid that the resulting torrent of drivel from Hayesimus would be too much for many of us and would cause us to re-enact the movie "The Happening" -- for real. Heheh...

I can't even keep up with updating my family blog on my .mac website. I do not have time to blog here, but being geeky I am sure that I would read blogs that others write.
Thanks be to you, Napoleon, for your faithful diligence.
I would like to say that I probably would never use this feature. I might as buffy stated, look through a few once in a while. I would probably never have very much to put into a blog about the iPhone itself. I'm more about the people here and when I do want to read something about the technical stuff I go to the dedicated threads. I would think that blogs would be mis-used far more that the thanks system was.

I'm LOST without LOST. This is how I post pictures!
I think it might be a good way to pull in members, by adding features, but I think that only a few users would truly make a blog that is worth while.
I guess if I were in your position, I would choose to give it a test run and see what happens. It could end doing a good job of allowing people to blog about tricks and tips, and keep some of those things separate from the forums.
I think blogs and forums are completely different forms of communication, but uniting them could turn out well.
On the other hand, you already have plenty to do around here. On that note, I will end this post with a thank you for all of the recent changes and for working so hard to keep this community running. You do a great job.

is there a way to implement chat when logged into EIC? that would be a neat feature, I know we chat by threads but live chat, so we can talk smack or get help when needed quickly...
any thoughts on that?
