No, not at this time.

There are web sites you can access that will lead you to play games on the phone. Try the iPhone Software forum.

You can't download anything to the phone. Only WebApps are available right now.

No one knows for sure. But hackers are busy at work trying to make it happen. As far as Apple goes, they are only allowing WebApps right now. We will all have to wait and see what changes will be made whenever the first update to the phone comes out.
