Blue Screen appears when trying to identify the IPHone

Hi,

Yday I got an IPhone and I was able to copy some mp3s using Itunes. But since today when ever I try to connect the Iphone comes the blue screen.Its says detecting Camera...and displays the blue screen. What shall I do about this problem. I have windows XP and the latest ITunes version?

Disable autoplay in Windows. What is happening is Windows detects your phone as a camera. You do have iTunes installed, correct?

yea disable autoplay next time the message comes up i was having the same issue where it would come out now problem solved

Yes I do have itunes. But win xp doesnt recognize iphone.Fining a way to remove itunes completely n reinstall cuz missing Apple iphone usb driver ...
