You can google avatar and you will find tons of them or you can use a picture of your own. If you like the animated ones, google animated avatar.

The simple avitars are merely photographs that have been cropped and sized to meet the forum's requirements. To add the picture, go to your control panel, and edit your avitar. You will then have the opportunity to upload your picture.
If you are interested in creating some of the fancier animated avitar, PM the person whose avitar you like for further advice.
