NO 3G, NO Flash, NO time soon.

They wouldn't have gone to the trouble of reformatting youtube, or beefing up the edge network just for 6-8 or even 12 months of use.

I'm pretty sure we will not get an announcement for iphone 2.0 until next Jan. at the earliest. Until then, we should get a few more new features staggered out over the next 11 months. Probably another price drop or 2 will take place as well to keep sales numbers moving along.

I do see more and more people with the iphones. I also know of a few people that are going to get into one when their existing contracts are up.

This will be a big segment of their market, I think: People "saving up" for their iPhone while their contracts expire.
