Default AT&T Exclusivity Ending..

I saw this on the main page, and i just had to discuss it, When the deal with apple ends, what will be our new carrier ?,

And i seriously doubt, that AT&T will be the same without the iphone, As they stated themselves, THE APPLE IPHONE IS THE BLOODLIFE OF AT&T,

I think where heading to T-Mobile, there a lot cheaper then AT&T, and there the only(besides AT&T), that has a GSM network,

But knowing Apple, Since they love money so much, there going to try and make the iphone for Verizon, which has a couple of million more customers than AT&T, which will defenetly mean more money for apple..

Well, I'll probably be sticking with AT&T. I've had the best recent luck with them in my area. Verizon has a less than adequate signal at my house, T-Mobile's map even looks bad around here, and I just plain don't like Sprint. All this is subject to change depending on coverage I get. I didn't switch to AT&T for the iPhone (in fact, I was a Bold user up until a couple weeks ago), so it wasn't even a factor. I'm actually kind of looking forward to iPhone being available on other networks. It might free up some more bandwidth.

Who knows if Verizon will get the iPhone given their recent anti-iPhone ad!

Well, I don't see Verizon getting a CDMA version, but maybe when they transition to LTE (and probably only when it's extensively in use), it would be possible.

What does this mean when the apple/ATT contract is over we can't get iPhone on ATT network anymore?

It has been well publicized that the current arrangement with Apple expires in June 2010. What hasn't been made public is whether that arrangement has been extended. When I first heard about AT&T's CEO's comments, my thought was no ****; tell us something we don't know.

Has something changed to suggest that AT&T will not extend in June?
