Apparently, there isn't much delay for the carrier like there was on 1.1.4...
Anyway, you can guess why I started this poll. My phone is flying in all other regards. Hmmm...

I believe the results are going to vary greatly depending on the method everyone uses to calculate the boot times afterall not everyone counts at the same pace.
I actually did mine with the stopwatch from my v1 phone. Then I reset the stopwatch and counted off onethousand one, onethousand two method and when I got to 33 seconds I looked down and the stopwatch was actually at 42 seconds. It's 9 seconds off and we're talking about a half minute sample.
Just something to consider.

Well, I'm pretty sure my boot time discrepency can not be boiled down to count method alone
But yeah, use a stopwatch or a clock with a second hand.
Well I just did it again and it only took 60 seconds this time. Still...
