UK O2 users... upgrade?

Croucher, have you tried using the Skype credits to pull this off?
Its really cheap, and it makes calling other countries hassle free since o2 wont charge you hefty fees.

I havent tried it yet, but i've heard that if you pull the sim, connect to wifi and make a skype call it'll work.

No i havent tried this - seems like a good alternative though. tbh i dont call overseas numbers much, but might be worth it when calling from holidays etc..

Holidays are when o2 makes alota money in extras. I hate them.

With all these extra fees and crap sometimes i wish i was pay as you go.

Tell me about holidays. Internet bolt on was only functional about 3 days into my holiday, got a message it was active the day before I left :/ I really have had a bad experience with O2

Shame you've had a bad experience with o2 - i've found them to be on the best network I've ever used out of 3 (****), Orange (****ter), Vodafone (toss!).

Customer service is great with o2. I'm on gold but it's my Uncle's contract he had with Cellnet WAY back in 1992...

Granted I live out in the sticks a bit, but O2 is the only network to which I don't get a 3G signal :/
