Its hard predicting this. I would think they would want to open with 2 models, but i dont think they would want to produce 8 gig versions of the second iphone. So maybe they would get a 32 gig out since they already have a 32 gig touch, but who knows.

Of course there will be at least 2 models. One that's lower cost with base options, and 1 or more more expensive ones that cost 300% more than what it really costs for them to upgrade it. Just like always.

yeah. i presume they will offer a much better memory size later than what they initially come out with. Much like version I. But that works for me as I'm not really ready to buy a new one yet. Doesn't seem like much of an improvement over my current for me to drop that much cash AGAIN. But with a significant memory increase then I could justify it. :P

I'd really like at least a 32 GB. I'll be a bit peeved if they only release a 16 GB 3G version and then in a few months a 32 because I'll definitely be going for the biggest one once it is finally released.

I agree. I hope it will be at least 32Gb. I want to make sure we have enough capacity to run native applications.

With OrbLive, I'm becoming less and less concerned with the actual size of my device. I've used Orb for a while now, but they've finally gotten it to a point where I'm thinking, "yeah, I could use this on a regular basis."

And it will only get better from here. Local storage is sooooo early 2000's!

Sorry but local storage is the only thing I'll consider until download times are non-existent.

It takes about 5-10 seconds to buffer a song using OrbLive over Edge. It's feels almost as fast as local with a wifi connection.

Impatient youth these days. Geez!

Just no point in waiting for something when I could have it instantaneously if it was stored on my phone. :P
