Step 1: Rip your DVD movie on to your computer. You can do this with software like DVD Decrypter or Imgburn. Just do a search on Google and you should find a software that can help you do this.
Step 4:Select a Destination you would like to save your .mp4 file to. (Ex: E:/iTunes/iTunes music/movies/Harry Potter.mp4) or click Browse and select a destination.
Step 5:This is where you will set your file size. You can set the Target size of the file but just remember that the smaller the file size you will start to lose the quality of the picture. You can also use the Bitrate setting to determine the quality.(1500 bitrate will give you a file size between 600 to 900mb. the higher the bitrate the bigger the file)

Reason: Added links
Step 6: Now you can select Encode to start encoding your video. The encoding take awhile depending on the size of the video and the speed of your processor.
I just wanted to note that the "Presets" (in the top menu) work great, i used the middle setting and didn't have to do anything but:
1) Select the DVD files
2) Choose output location
3) Choose middle "Preset"
4) Go!
And movies look killer and the sound is synced (<-- something that I have had bad luck with any other ripper/converter)
