.tivo and videora

i did it before but i forgot how, now i'm back at trying how to turn .tivo files into iphone files FOR FREE! I think last time i used windows media player to convert them somehow and then use videora to convert again? anyone have any other FREE ways to convert tivo files to iphone? BTW i used just videora on the tivo files and i get all gray screen for the entire video, not what i was looking for... OR if you know how to convert them in windows media player, that'll help and i'll post back so anyone else can learn. THANKS!!!

thanks to all those who helped (no one!) remembered how to tivo-> iphone... first use "direct show dump utility", then "videora". both free!
