is there a converter that converts rmvb files to avi or directly to MPEG?

I use total video converter, but I had to "pay" if you know what I mean... It does all media conversions, and plays them too.

iOrgSoft AVI MPEG Converter, or iOrgSoft Video Converter. Both are OK.
