    .mp4 performance tweaks for iphone

You guys know when you get a movie or tv show off Itunes or whatever it has the black spaces on top and bottom of screen? Is there any program or any way to take those spaces out and enlarge the resolutio. Or w/e?

you can zoom in by double-tapping on the video.

and handbrake will crop, but i personally wouldn't mess with it.

i'm sure it's possible to stretch it one way or another, but that would obviously distort the video...

open windows explorer, go to file->view options (something like that... i can't verify as i'm on OSX right now), and there should be an option to "show all file extensions" or something like that. Check that, and then you'll be able to write in whatever you want for the file extension.

OR you can higlight the file in itunes, go to "advanced" and select "convert for ipod/iphone", but that will take a long time because it creates a completely new file, which isn't necessary.
