Default Flash Video
I have a CD with flash videos (flv) files on it and need to convert them to mp4 to be able to view them on my iphone or ipod. Does anyone have any advice on how to make this happen?

You can convert to MPEG4 using MPEG Streamclip. Open the mp4 in iTunes then sync to your phone.

There are many other applications (and threads on this forum) out there for this very purpose.
