Anybody using videora iphone converter?

So I've tried it both way.....

When I start the conversion it says Converting Video for a second or two and then immediately goes to Importing Video into iTunes, but that fails.

Obviously it's not converting the movie in two seconds, so I'm stumped as to what the issue is.

i use it just fine. i have some home movies on my iphone

i tried the h.264 768kbps setting but the videos come out dark and blurred. the file size for a dvd is around 700 mb.

i tried using the video wizard = used these settings
new format, ipod, best vq, enhanced, best aq
the picture was so clear and bright but the file size was 1800 mb.

i will try not touching the settings in the video wizard and see how large the file size will be.
