WAn / WWDC version 0.3.0 released

Today is the first day of the Apple WWDC. It's also time to release a
new version of WebApp.Net, just one month after the first public
release. As exposed previously this new version includes better multi-
lingual support along with new XML attributes to position your
asynchronous content. You'll also be able to create layers
dynamically! Some bug have been fixed, The full list of changes and
fixes is available from the menu. Download it now!
