Problem While Running Simple application program

Hi I am new to iPhone application developements

I am trying to run simple applcation i.e displaying the greeting messages on screen....

I am not getting any errors or warnings........

But i didn't get greeeting string on screen....

I hope ,my code correct...because that is copied from developer.apple.com website..

Even i reffered the Pdf regarding the your first application in iphones......

I don't where i did wrong...

Please guide me....

Please provide step by step solution
