Your thoughts on these items for bluetooth listening

I am currently looking into going bluetooth so that I can listen to my iphone while it is charging.
I was wondering what your thoughts would be on the following 2 items.

The 2 way bluetooth adapters looks good, not sure about performance never used one but should be good its a Sony!
