Default Still the same B/T problem with new 3G iPhone!

The only way the old iPhone would connect to my b/t earpiece was when I turned b/t on in the iPhone settings, then turned on my b/t earpiece. I couldnt do it the other way around. The same still goes for the new 3G iPhone. If I turn on the earpiece first, then enable b/t in the iPhone, it never detects it. Anyone else have this problem? It's not too big a deal, but it is a PITA!

What kind of headset are you using, HondaMaker? I just tried this with my Jawbone (first generation) and it won't automatically detect the Jawbone if I turn it on first before enabling Bluetooth on my iPhone. But when I press the talk button on the Jawbone, the iPhone then sees it and connects...
