hi, can anybody comfirm that the plantronics pulsar 590a work with iPhone 3g and without adaptor ?as if u go to Bluetooth unplugged they are listed as comparable , but just need sumbody who's using them and can confirm this, also has anybody got any other Bluetooth headphones that now work without an adaptor for listening to music and especially with the new firmware, also if yes, let's have your feedback, quality of sound, high low , bass etc... Cheers and hope to hear soon from brian.
New Jabra BT530 now working like a charm. 2.02 did the trick
Have been able to successfully pair my iPhone 8G w/uConnect which I just had installed in my 2005 Chrysler 300. iPhone says paired & uConnect appears to have paired it. However, uConnect still not recognizing phone when I try to place calls, etc. Is there another step I'm missing?
I can confirm that the Plantronics Voyager 855 (stereo bluetooth) works with the iPhone 3g using the infinxx ap23 dongle. I just received the dongle today and finally got it working. I can listen to music, control the ipod and answer calls.
Tip: Although your bluetooth headset may already be paired with your iPhone, you will need to place your headset into pairing mode and pair the dongle with your headset as well.
Confirmed:
iPhone 3G works with 2009 Chevy Cobalt Bluetooth/OnStar system. System can store 30 names/numbers to dial via voice command as well as dialing any number.
I have an Iphone 3G and I read on the forum where someone has a plantroics voyager 855 and they got the stereo to work. I bought the headset and the headset works fine but the dongle does not work. I have tried pairing the dongle but am not sure how. Any ideas? THANKS!!!
OK, so here is my question... What headsets actually use your designated ringtones, pipe the sound of keystrokes etc. to the headset? Am I naive or if they can get the callers voice from the phone to the headset, why not the rest of the sounds... I am not talking about stereo sound for the ipod, just basic phone functions. I have the new Jawbone and it only has its own standard ringtone... garbage if you ask me.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
Will IPhones connect via bluetooth to Pioneer car stereos so that you can talk into the bluetooth adaptors mic and hear through the car speakers??
