Ipod touch bluetooth connectivity?

Hi, I live in Japan, we have kick ass fast 3G service here, but no phone until december (oh yeah, super secret insider news that the iphone will be here in Japan in december, this is from a Japanese friend who works at an 'undisclosed' cell phone company).

So I am pretty pissed because i want browse the net on my nice device, but I can only do it at home (where I have a computer, so I only use it on the toilet, thanks apple, now I can browse the net and take a dump at the same time, BTW, i am not doing that right now).

So i saw some Salary man using his ipod today, he was in his email app and i am not sure if he was accessing online, but I saw he had a bluetooth dongle and was using BT headphones.

What I want to know is can I also connect to my phone via bluetooth to get to the net????

This is SOOO common on other PDA devices, I really hope I can do this, as it seems so stupidly feasible, but Apple is so evil, I am sure they would try to block such activity as then no one would buy an iphone (which I can't buy yet those feckers!!!)
