Default It works...somewhat

I got the iPhone 3GS to pair successfully. However, audio quality of calls are horrible. The other person sounds very distant. I have to turn audio levels to 35 to even make out what they are saying. I have called HFL and they stated the usual...it's not on our supported matrix yet. They have even stated that the OS 3.0 is not on their support matrix yet. So I have may have an issue with the OS or the new bluetooth features with the 3GS such as the A2DP. I will repost after I go to the dealership to test on some loaner vehicles as per HFL's request.

Default iPhone 3G S (OS 3.0) and 2006 Acura TL

I too had issues, but have resolved them. For all the gorey details, see my posts on this thread (also under the name SoCal2006TL):

http://tl.acurazine.com/forums/showt...php?p=11089821

In a nutshell (somewhat...):
1) Had problems pairing. Although old phone had been deleted from HF Link on car, when it came to naming the new phone (after car successfully found the phone and vice versa), the HF Link complained about the name and simply dropped the HF Link. RESOLUTION: Sounds silly but make sure there are no phones on the car, then take the key out and start all over. Successfully paired on first attempt after doing this.
2) Incoming calls would lose the audio (HF Link would appear to drop the call and radio would come back on), call would still be on phone, but I could not hear caller. I had no problems making calls. RESOLUTION: Re-pair the phone.
3) Caller volume was very low. RESOLUTION: Wait until you are connected to someone using HF Link. Then increase the volume on the PHONE. The display will specifically indicate "Bluetooth Volume". You can only change this volume after your call is connected.

Hope this helps!
