Angry HELP/RANT - Jawbone 2 noise quality and problems.

I've owned my iPhone 3G since it has been released, waited in line forever. I'm very glad to have purchased this device, as it's the most used and practical cell phone I've ever purchased.

I currently own 2 blue tooth head sets, my first was the Motorola H680. I decided to upgrade to Jawbone 2 from everyone around me raving about it. I thought the iPhone could use a cooler add-on.

Anyway heres my problem with the Jawbone 2.

1. Jawbone turns OFF when its being charged. It's sometimes really difficult to sync this to the iphone on the go when its shut off ARGHHH
Damn pain in the ass when you're cruising along and you get a call, pick up the jawbone 2 stick it in your ear(while charging) and realize the thing is off, so in a panic not exactly knowing where to push i just put my entire palm on the side of my face till the stupid thing turns on. By the time I figure out its up and running, I've missed my call and the person next to me says "hands free huh" and laughs.

2. Sound quality is pretty bad, Is this how its supposed to sound like?(crackly?) -
Jawbone being twice as expensive than the Motorola H680, the sound quality SUCKS on jawbone! I had to call in Rogers Wireless to complain about my 1100$ bill (yea they always screw up my data plans) I could not hear the rogers rep very clearly, especially when he had to repeat my postal code I could NOT hear his voice when he was calling out the letters. This is a huge disappointment when the H680 is so clear

Jawbone isn't all that bad, noise assassin is an amazing feature, great using it on the shop floor or in the hangar and I don't sound like I'm in a well or a cave with the Jawbone 2. I actually sound like I'm slightly closer to speaker phone. At least 9/10 people say I do.

If anyone can help me with the 2 questions that would be fantastic. thanks!
