Having some odd problems with my Infinxx

Hey everyone, I'm having issues some where between my iPhone 3G 8GB, my BlueAnt X5i and my Infinxx AP23.

The first day that I got the AP23 it worked fine, I took it out charged the phone, ect, pluged it back in a day later had to repair the head set (BlueAnt X5i) and it started acting odd, it wouldent put music though, but the controls for the music on the head set worked, I fiddled with it, and repaird like a dozen times, and it'll put music though for a few seconds now before it just up and pauses the music, when I hit play again it starts putting music through the iPhone speaker.
