Yes it does. It actually connected faster than my plantronics one and phone calls are really clear with it.

Ill lay out the steps for you to make it easier.
-Turn bluetooth on, your phone should go into discoverable mode to find new devices
-Make sure your headset is all the way off( this goes for any headset)
-Put it on your ear, and turn it on but keep the power button held in for like 20 seconds. You should hear a different beep other than the start-up one.
-Your phone should now find the headset and under the bluetooth menu.
-Click on the "wireless headset" tab and it should load and prompt you for a password. The stock password is 0000.
-You should be all good to go now anytime you want to use it.

Well you don't have to resync it but you will have to reconnect it. It's really simple.

On the ps3 it's under accessory setting then manage Bluetooth. Then hit triangle and you can choose connect/disconnect.

On the phone you just go under Bluetooth and select the device.

Unforunetely you can have it connected to both at once.
