Ummm. I think you should reeeally be talking to AT&T.

No one here can help you if you're getting crappy 3G service. The 3G signal all depends on where you reside. Heck, I still have blindspots in my kitchen but since I know this, I don't go there, but if it's irritating you that much, just walk into an AT&T store and complain.
Never underestimate the power of complaint... to the right people, that is!
