Receiving international calls
I got a call from the UK this afternoon. I have no idea who it was, and I did not answer it. However, if I were to get a call like that again, and I unknowingly answered it, who gets billed. I would assume it would be the caller, but I just want to cover my A$$ so I don't get charged.
Also, anyone know if ATT can block intl. calling?
