Okay, I got my "gift card" from the refer-a-friend program in the mail 2 weeks ago, activated it, and have been waiting for my next bill to post so that I can use the card to pay $25 of it.
Went to do that today, and I keep getting this error message:

I selected "gift card" as my method of payment, entered the full card number and CVV code, and I get this every single time.
