Default Interesting situation - need your advice

When the iphone 3GS came out, I jumped on it - I used an available upgrade from my family plan to grab one through ATT.

Since then, my employer has begun supporting the iphone, meaning that I was able to simply install my employers SIM, and now all of my charges are covered by my work plan.

I don't want to have to pay for a personal data plan that I'm no longer using, and have no issue with paying an early termination fee if necessary - how to I go about cancelling my personal plan fee? I considered calling in and reporting the unit lost, but then will I have trouble using it with my work SIM on ATT?

Thanks for your help.

Stop it! Don't start off by deciving. I suggest you just keep the line, and the CHEAPEST plan they have with no data, text, etc.

You never know when you'd have to switch back to that line because something happens at work...

I have the same situation. At work I have an AT&T line/account, and with T-Mobile I have a personal account. I've since suspended my T-Mobile account ( a feature T-Mobile offer for long time customers), and thus pay $10 a month (ETF is $200). That way if anything happens, I still have my personal line
