No, the voice and data plan for the new iPhone are still the same. Individual voice plans are still at $39, $59, $79, and $99 with a $30 data plan.

The only iPhone with a different plan cost is the first-generation iPhone, for which the data plan costs $20. IIRC, it's not possible to sign up for this plan anymore - you must have signed up for it when that iPhone was still being sold by AT&T as a new device.

actually, my data plan increased my a penny... seriously, from $29.99 for the BB data plan to $30 for Apple
