Well, considering that you quoted his remarks in your reply...isn't that kind of like guilt by association?

Yes, but it was his writing, not mine. I did think afterwards, I shouldn't have associated my post with his. I wonder did the black Suburban with the tinted windows show up at his residence??? M

seriously dude lighten up. If his quote triggered any kind of monitoring and they read that post there is no reasonable way that they can derive any kind of evidence that he actually had intent for anything. and if they read further down and saw your ridiculous insinuation that he could get in trouble for that they would probably laugh their @sses off.

No 9/11 is not a joke and shouldn't be taken lightly. Yes they can monitor certain things and yes you are right certain things trigger the NSA to monitor conversations or forums. But there has to be intent for there to be action or trouble and there is no intent in any shape or form in what he said.

Do you just follow me around this forum to tell me that, I'm wrong??? What are you, some kind of HATER or something??? I know you secretly enjoy my posts, that's why you always read them. Tell your child/children (if you have any) how to act and what to say, not me. Behind every great person, lies a pack of HATERS. Get a life, will you..M

P.S. Do people that check certain books (like related to Islam) out of the library really have an intent to commit an act? No, but many have been questioned by the govt., for their reading choices. Should the NSA be listening to domestic calls, NO, but they do. So don't tell me about intent, like I said, HATER, all the rules have changed.

I had called ATT last week regarding some SMS message issues I was having. I was getting strange messages from other people claiming I had sent them messages by accident. Turns out it was a problem on my friend's end. At any rate when I called ATT I was transfered to some sort of "specialist" to help with my issue. When discussing the problem I was having, it was somewhat apparent that the specialist could not read the messages I had sent. I asked him if he was able to read the messages that were sent and received, as in this case it would have been helpful. He stated that there was no way for him to review any message content. However, my friend has Verizon and she was told that they were able to read messages...

Actually, no. I don't think you're understanding what you're saying. Writing or saying those words in ANY CONTEXT can get me in trouble?

How about this:
My name is Alexander. I hate Terrorists. Terrorists are pretty bad. Car bombing is bad as well. When 9/11 happened, I was DEVASTATED to see hijacking occur and innocent Americans lose their lives.

COULD the NSA read what I just wrote. Sure. Would I EVER get in trobule for writing that? The day hating terrorists becomes a federal crime, then yes.
