First of all, thanks for the compliment. Secondly, there are a few things you should first know. The "free mobile to mobile" only means calls to other AT&T mobile users. So you could take for free with any friend or family member that has AT&T. Otherwise it will use your minutes, such as talking to someone with Verizon or T-Mobile. You might want to simply ask your friends and then put if they're free in the contacts so you can easily tell if you can talk to them for free.
Thirdly, the texting from 200 to 1500, once you subscribe to a plan, is going to be only $10 more expensive and $20 more expensive to go from 1500 to unlimited. So it should be $59.99+$10 to get 450 minutes and 1500 text messages. You have to throw in taxes and such so you're looking at about $80 tops if I'm not mistaken.
